Gastronomy :: TUNA WITH TOMATO AND ONION

INGREDIENTS

1kg of tuna cut into slices
2 large onions
4 tomatoes (mature)
oil
flour
white wine
thyme, bay leaf, salt

PREPARATION

In a skillet saute the finely chopped onion until it becomes transparent. Add the flour (a teaspoon).

Add peeled and diced tomatoes without seed, mixing well.

Then the wine is poured, salt and herbs. Everything is left about 15 minutes.

Finally, add tuna, over low heat for 10 minutes.


Variations and tips: nice slices should be rather thick. Some Add pepper to sauce with a splendid result.
